When you use the Product, we collect personal and sensitive personal data that you or your employer organization voluntarily provide, including information submitted through employee onboarding, profile creation, attendance and leave requests, performance appraisals, training enrolments, task/project management, forms, or communications. In addition, we automatically collect certain technical and usage-related information when you interact with the Product, such as device information, browser type, IP address, session data, and usage patterns, for purposes including service improvement, analytics, and security.
We process personal data and sensitive personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. We will only process such data where we are legally permitted to do so, including on the basis of: (i) your explicit consent, particularly in the case of sensitive personal data such as payroll, bank, or statutory information, (ii) the performance of a contract to which you or your employer organization is a party or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, (iii) compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, and/or (iv) our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided that such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms. The Product may process workforce data using artificial intelligence and machine learning models to generate assistive outputs such as analytics, reports, and insights. Such processing is undertaken solely to support HR decision-making by authorized personnel and is subject to appropriate safeguards, validation protocols, and human oversight.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personal data and sensitive personal data, including protection against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Sensitive personal data, especially payroll, statutory, and bank-related information, is accessed only on a need to know basis and processed strictly for the purposes for which it was collected. Depending on the nature of services, the Company may act as a Data Processor on behalf of your employer organization, which acts as the Data Fiduciary, under applicable data protection laws. Employer organizations and their authorized administrators may act as independent Data Fiduciaries in respect of employee data entered into the Product.
We may collect and process the following categories of personal data and sensitive personal data, including but not limited to:
1. Information about your device and system, including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, and operating system;
2. Information about your visits to and use of the Product, including referral source, length of visit, page views, navigation paths, and interaction patterns;
3. Information that you provide when registering on the Product, including your email address, mobile number, and subscription preferences for communications such as newsletters or updates;
4. Information such as identity proofs or verification documents (such as PAN, Aadhaar, or other government-issued identification), where required for legal, regulatory, payroll, or platform-related purposes;
5. Information that you provide when creating a profile on the Product, including your name, profile details, gender, date of birth, photographs, contact details, department, designation, and other relevant personal or demographic information as may be required from time to time;
6. Employment-related and sensitive personal data, including but not limited to bank account details, salary and compensation information, statutory and tax-related data, attendance and biometric data (where enabled), leave records, performance review data, disciplinary records, training and certification records, and any other information voluntarily shared while using HR services through the Product;
7. AI-generated outputs, predictions, structured reports, analytics, or other outputs derived from processing workforce and employee data through the Platform;
8. Information that you provide while using services available on the Product, including inputs during attendance marking, leave applications, performance appraisals, training enrolments, task management, forms, or communications;
9. Information automatically generated during your use of the Product, including usage frequency, session activity, timestamps, and service interaction data;
10. Information relating to transactions carried out through the Product, including your name, billing address, contact details, and payment related information (such as card details or other payment instrument data), processed through secure and compliant payment mechanisms;
11. Information contained in communications that you send to us via email, chat, or through the Product, including content, metadata, and associated technical information;
12. Information submitted when applying for opportunities through the Product (such as careers or employee onboarding), including personal details, contact information, educational background, professional qualifications, and employment history;
13. Where the Product provides referral or “invite” features (such as employee referral programs), we may collect limited personal data of the referred individual, such as name, email address, or phone number. You represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent from such individual prior to sharing their information. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from the collection or use of such third-party personal data shared by you without proper authorization;
14. Information shared with or generated by third-party HR service providers, including payroll processors, background verification agencies, insurance and benefits providers, and statutory/regulatory authorities through the Platform.
Certain areas of the Product may be accessed without providing personal data; however, access to specific features and services may require submission of personal data, including Registration Information such as your name, email address, mobile number, and login credentials. The Product does not request or store any user IDs or passwords relating to government systems or third-party institutional accounts.
Where personal data is obtained from third party sources based on your consent or authorization, such data shall be processed strictly in accordance with applicable laws, internal policies, and appropriate safeguards, and only for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and improving the Product.
Before disclosing any personal data of another individual to us, you must obtain their valid consent for such disclosure and for subsequent processing in accordance with this policy. In the event of any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from such “on behalf of” submissions, you shall remain solely responsible and liable under applicable data protection laws and regulations.

5. To conduct internal operations such as market research, analytics, service improvement, product development, troubleshooting, and to enhance user experience and service quality;
6. To detect, prevent, investigate, and protect against errors, fraud, unauthorized access, or other illegal or harmful activities, and to ensure the security and integrity of the Product;
7. To share data with third-party service providers, contractors, payment processors, and technology partners who support the operation of the Product, subject to appropriate confidentiality, data protection, and contractual safeguards;
8. To enforce the Company’s terms and conditions, policies, and contractual rights;
9. To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, compliance, and investigative requirements, including responding to lawful requests, court orders, or legal proceedings;
10. To analyze usage patterns, trends, and user behavior on the Product in order to improve functionality, performance, and security;
11. To provide you with information about services, features, or offers that are similar or related to those you have previously availed or shown interest in, and to send marketing communications (only where you have provided your consent, where required);

By accessing or using the Product, you acknowledge and provide your free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent to the collection and processing of your personal data and sensitive personal data (including employment-related information) for the purposes set out in this policy.

1. providing and facilitating HR management services through the Product;
2. enabling attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, and performance evaluation;

Upon such withdrawal, we shall cease processing your personal data unless such processing is required or authorized under applicable law. Please note that withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to access or use certain features of the Product.
By using the Product and its services, you specifically provide consent to the company to send you transaction, service explicit & service implicit communications which are essential to continue the services like sending OTP for log-in, status of application etc., irrespective of your Do Not Disturb Registration with TRAI, DoT and/or any other Appropriate Authority. Similarly, you provide your explicit consent for sending across various communications on your registered email as well as phone number through various communication applications like WhatsApp as may be integrated with the Product in future.
The Platform is a cloud-based HR management system that facilitates the automation of employee management, payroll, attendance, leave, performance, and training processes. The outputs generated by the Platform, including any AI-assisted analytics, insights, or recommendations, are assistive in nature and are intended solely to support authorized HR personnel and administrators of the employer organization. The Platform does not provide legal, financial, tax, or employment advice. All HR, payroll, and employment-related decisions shall be made solely by the authorized personnel of the relevant employer organization. The Company shall not be responsible for any employment, payroll, or HR decisions made by employer organizations based on the use of the Platform.
As a policy, the Company does not disclose your personal data or sensitive personal data (including employment-related information) except to the extent necessary and in accordance with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
We may share your personal data with our employees, officers, professional advisors (including legal, financial, and compliance professionals), and authorized third-party contractors or service providers strictly on a need to know basis and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, your employer organization (and its authorized administrators) shall act as an independent Data Fiduciary and shall be responsible for its own data processing practices in respect of employee data entered into the Product. The Company acts as a technology facilitator (Data Processor) and shall not be responsible for the HR, payroll, or employment decisions made by employer organizations.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company reserves the right to disclose your personal data (including sensitive personal data, where permitted by law) where such disclosure is necessary or appropriate, including:
1. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests;
2. Where we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of users or others;
3. In connection with any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings or investigations;

Presently the Product is operational across various countries and territories across the globe.
